چکیده

A high precision temperature insensitive current and voltage reference generator is presented. It is specifically developed for temperature compensated oscillator. The circuit, designed using MXIC 0.5um CMOS technology, has an operating voltage that ranges from 2.6V to 5V and generates a voltage of 1.21V and a current of 6.38 A. It exhibits a variation of ±0.3nA for the current reference and a stable output for voltage reference as the temperature is varied from 0C to 70C. The power supply rejection ratio obtained without any filtering capacitor at 100Hz and 10MHz is -30dB and -12dB respectively.

Sliding-Mode-based Improved Direct Active and Reactive Power Control of Doubly Fed Induction Generator under Unbalanced Grid Voltage Condition

This paper proposes an improved direct active and reactive power control (DPC) strategy for a grid-connected doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind-turbine system under unbalanced grid voltage condition. The method produces required rotor voltage references based on the sliding mode control (SMC) approach in stationary reference frame, without the requirement of synchronous coordinate...

A sub-1-V, high precision, ultra low-power, process trimmable, resistorless voltage reference with low cost 90-nm standard CMOS technology

A low power voltage reference generator operating with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6 to 3.6 V has been implemented in a 90-nm standard CMOS technology. The reference is based on MOSFETs that are biased in the weak inversion region to consume nanowatts of power and uses no resistors. The maximum supply current at 3.6 V and at 125 C is 173 nA. It provides a 771 mV voltage reference. A tempera...

A High Precision Bandgap Reference Used in Power Management ICs

A 2.5V high precision BiCMOS bandgap reference with supply voltage range of 6V to 18V was proposed and realized. It could be applied to lots of Power Management ICs (Intergrated Circuits) due the high voltage. By introducing a preregulated current source, the PSRR (Power Supply Rejection Ratio) of 103dB at low frequency and the line regulation of 26.7μV/V was achieved under 15V supply voltage a...
